2013-14 Preschool Registration
Preschool Registration Begins on April 2nd, 2013
Preschool Registration for the Fall of 2013 will begin on April 2nd, 2013 at Rush City Early Childhood. Priority is given to special needs
children and to Rush City School District children. Preschool requires a
$25 (non-refundable) registration fee per child. Confirmation letters
will be mailed as slots are filled.
Registration forms will be mailed to families on the Rush City Early
Childhood census on April 2nd, 2013. The form may also be downloaded from
this website at that time.

The Monday/Wednesday/Friday A.M. 4-5 Year Old Class is full as of 3/25/13. Registrations for this class are being put on a waiting list.
The Tuesday/Thursday A.M 3 year old class is full. Registrations for this class are being put on a waiting list.

How To Register
Mail or Drop Off your registration form and payment to us. Mail in
registrations are being accepted and class slots will fill as
registrations are received. Please use a separate form for each child
enrolled in class. Send your completed form and payment to:

Census Update
Have you or someone you know recently moved into our district or had an
addition to the family? It is very important that all residents of ISD
#139 be included on the school census--even the youngest babies. Call
Rush City Early Childhood at 320-358-3635.
Being on the school census insures:
*You will be informed on all ECFE activities and opportunities for family fun.
*You will be notified of Early Childhood Screening.
*The elementary school will be ready for your child when it is time for Kindergarten.
